Marc set up Roost Finance with a modern approach in mind to the Mortgage and Insurance industry. With over 15 years experience and his comprehensive knowledge, Marc, prior to this has worked in management and estate agency so has clear understanding of all processes involved within the housing market. Marc’s goal is to evolve the journey for the clients his way and make it an enjoyable process. With an enthusiastic team by his side, Marc is confident they have the support needed to grow the brand to his vision.
Supporting the team since Roost finance opened. With a background in estate agency and property management, utilising this experience Hannah has more of a behind the scenes role supporting all aspects of the business functions to ensure the day to day running goes to plan. With marketing at the forefront of this role along with business development it’s a never ending task. Hannah’s focus is the drive the business forward to achieve the company’s vision.
Working with Roost since the doors opened, Steve has over 12 years experience within the mortgage and insurance industry. From working in both corporate and independent companies, his wealth and abundance of knowledge is the foundation to his advice.
Joining Roost in early 2021, Matt took the leap after 30 years in a corporate Bank. With his extensive knowledge of the industry, he has an enormous amount of experience dealing with self employed persons, limited company directors and buy to let clients.
Since joining the company in 2020, Clive prior had a generation of experience in the property and mortgage industry with an array of knowledge across all aspects. Dedicated to providing the highest level of service and honesty, Clive provides an extremely committed approach to all of his clients acknowledging their individual needs.
Andy joined the team in 2020 after previously working in sales and management roles. With customer service at the forefront of his mind, Andy’s goal is provide the best and right advice to each individual client and ensure they have the best experience from start to finish.
Since joining Roost from the start, Claire has extensive experience in administration and customer service. She has worked in this particular industry for over 15 years. Managing the Case Handler’s, Claire is extremely organised and will always go the extra mile to support the team. Claire is integral part to Roost.
Jenny joined us back in 2019 with a background in Estate agency administration. With a great understanding of the property market and customer service. Jenny’s role here at Roost finance is to support the advisors and ensure the customer experience is second to none.
Carly joined the team in early 2020, Working over 12 years in Mortgage and insurance administration, Carly has a vast amount of experience within this field. Her main objective is assist the Roost advisors and clients with their mortgage and insurance journey at Roost and offer the best service possible.
Joining the team in the summer of 2020, Melissa came from a background in recruitment. From that has excellent experience in dealing with clients and processes. Melissa’s role within the team is to support the advisors and the clients in their Mortgage and Insurance journey and provide an outstanding service.
Louise joined the team in 2021 after previously working in an administration background. With excellent customer service skills Louise’s role within the company is to assist the Roost Advisors and serve support to the client journey from start to finish.
After joining Roost at the back end of 2021, Millie joined us with experience in customer services. With her eager personality, Millie’s role here at Roost is to support the advisors and clients on the processes and provide an exceptional service.
